Picking up the Pieces: Provide a Family with Compassionate Care and Psychological Support
This family’s tragic story began during COVID, when the father of four small children experienced a psychotic episode – he murdered his wife and attempted to kill his children. Police intervened to save the children and the father lost his life. These children and surviving caregivers require extensive, ongoing therapy to deal with severe trauma. Our team of therapists is working with the family at a fraction of normal costs, but funds have run out.
